I have handcrafted this ring out of PMC (precious metal clay) to produce a .999 content fine silver ring. I have created the bezel for the stone out of fine silver bezel wire and textured the band with a floral motif. The stone is a smooth triangular black rutilated quartz that measures approximately 12.5x12.5mm, a perfect size for a ring. After firing the ring in the kiln I set the stone, burnished it, and tumbled to a high shine.
PMC is composed of pure silver particles suspended in an organic binder. Once fired in a kiln the binder burns off leaving a component that is .999 silver which is higher content silver than average sterling which is .925.  This ring is not adjustable and is a size 7.

After firing the ring in the kiln I set the stone, burnished it, and tumbled to a high shine.
